Terms
The terms under which we publish this site, and the limits of what we promise.
This site is published by Desert Cactus. Using it means accepting what follows, which is short.
What we publish
Descriptions, measurements and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date we published them. Prices move, and the figure that binds is the one at checkout with our retail partner.
What we do not undertake
We are not a party to your order. Ordering, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns happen at checkout with the retail partner, under their terms. The only warranty is the one that comes with the piece itself.
Guidance on our pages
Our guides describe flag display customs, adhesive behaviour and product safety rules as we read them in the documents we cite. They are not legal advice. Number plate rules and flag customs vary by state and by situation.
Other people's marks
Team names, crests and league marks belong to their owners. We use them under the licences our products carry, and naming a team does not imply any relationship beyond that.
